Tunnel Vision is now available from the on-line publishing company Lulu.com

The collection is based on David's experiences suffering with chronic pain, and those of the people he has met during his work.  It costs GBP 5.24 plus postage, or can be downloaded for GBP 1.70.

                  With thanks

There have been a number of people that have helped me, either consciously or unconsciously to reach the point when I can publish this collection.  So a big 'Thank You' to you all, but especially to:

Bill Greenwell, Julia & Jenny and the class at SWANS that is Jan, Leonie, Joyce, Lynden, Elizabeth and Lorraine.  Also to Michael and Pat for their help in editing.

Of course, to Carol, Jan, Sarah and Kathleen on the Pain Management Programme at the Basildon Trust Hospital for making things happen (a truly life changing event) and for my fellow attendees back in January 2005.

And to those who have been there for me during those difficult days, especially Ann, Jonathan, Christian and Hannah.

With love, David
